Decided to try Arch Memory for my DS-920+ because it was about one-third the cost of buying from Synology. First RAM module from Arch seemed to work OK (i.e. NAS booted up with no compatibility errors) but failed to pass the Synology memory test. Trish at Arch Memory was very helpful in quickly providing RMA. Second RAM module worked fine--no boot up errors and passed the in-depth memory test. Very satisfied with both Arch Memory's customer service and the product they supplied. Strongly recommend.

I chose to purchase Arch memory for my Synology DS220+. It continues to operate flawlessly and I am not sure why I would buy NAS memory from anyone else. This is rock solid hardware that I can confidently recommend to anyone.
