RAM / Memory
After the 30 day return period, all of our memory is covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty through Arch Memory.
Products being sent back for replacement after 30 days:
Lifetime replacements must have a RMA issued and be returned to Arch Memory prior to us sending the replacement.
The return cost of insurance and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. Arch Memory will pay for the shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.
Lifetime is defined as the lifetime of the product on the market. Outdated technology is not covered by lifetime warranty if the item is no longer available on the common market as a new product.
Drives / Storage:
After the 30 day return period, there is a 3 or 5 year limited warranty that applies to the original purchaser only. This is verified by order number. The warranty time frame is dependent on the drive and will be specified on the listing at the time of the order. The return cost of insurance and method of shipping the product back to us is the sole responsibility of the customer. Arch Memory will pay for the shipping of the replacement and chooses the method of delivery.
This drive warranty is limited to standard use failure only and is determined by Arch Memory and it's affiliates.
Important: Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and you must be verified before an RMA is issued.
Arch Memory Warranty Coverage:
Arch Memory is proud to offer a limited lifetime warranty for our RAM (computer memory) products. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
What is Covered:
- Defective materials and/or craftsmanship in RAM modules.
- RAM that fails due to normal use, within the conditions outlined below.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper installation, or negligence.
- Physical damage caused by external factors such as liquid spills, power surges, improper handling, or installation or removal errors.
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification of the RAM.
-Damage caused by other internal components, including non-working components, inside the computer the RAM was installed.
- Normal wear and tear.
- RAM installed in devices not compatible with the product specifications.
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as lightning, flood, or fire.
Warranty Duration:
This limited lifetime warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the RAM, provided the RAM remains in the original system in which it was installed.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
1. Contact Arch Memory customer support with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
2. If eligible, you will receive instructions on how to return the RAM for inspection.
3. Arch Memory will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective RAM, or provide an equivalent product if the item is available on the common market as a new product.
Limitations of Liability:
Arch Memory's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective RAM. We are not responsible for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (such as lost data or business interruptions) caused by the failure of the product.
